Facility Use Procedures

Our district is implementing a new procedure to request using Mossyrock School District's facilities.

Please follow these steps for all requests.

1.       All facility use forms will start with pick up from the HIGH SCHOOL OFFICE, no matter what space is being requested.

2.       We will confirm that the dates and times requested are available. If not, we will contact the requestor and let them know.

3.       There will be a two-week turnaround time for approval. APPROVAL IS NOT IMMEDIATE NOR IS IT GUARANTEED WITH FORM SUBMITTAL.

4.       The requestor will be contacted for deposit and key pick-up once the request is approved.

5.       Facilities requests are ONLY VALID for 90 days. At that time, they will need to be requested again if they want to continue the usage.
